Another strategy is the “Paroli,” or reverse betting strategy. With this method, instead of doubling down when you lose, you increase your bet after each win. Specifically, you start with a small bet and after each win, you double your bet. If you lose, you go back to your original bet. The Paroli strategy is less risky than the Martingale because you only increase your bet when you are winning, but it also requires the player to be able to recognize when a winning streak is about to end.
